Katherine,

Unless the library also limits the time staff spend with other patrons,
don't even think about it!  Not all people with disabilities take lots of
time.  There are always a few patrons, regardless of their situation, who
do.  To limit time for one class of users is discrimination - and a lawsuit
waiting to happen.  My opinion.
