Why a Webinar series on columns and tables?  What's so difficult about these?
Because these seem simple, many people do not take care to design them 
properly.  While half-way decent-looking columns and tables can be made 
easily, to be sure of their accessibility, authors will benefit from a 
glimpse into how assistive technologies handle these features.

Again, because even making columns and tables with correct document markup 
for Word, for PDF and for HTML is relatively simple to do...not requiring a 
lot of technical skill and not a lot of effort, people frequently rush 
ahead and forget a few simple markup features that make a big difference.

EASI has the first of a series of 4 Webinars This Tuesday, May 17 at
11 AM Pacific, Noon Mountain, 1 PM Central and 2 PM Eastern (all daylight 
times)
The series is one of EASI's fee-based Webinar series. It is important to 
note that there are still some scholarships available for this series. To
