Check the mouse control panel and see what the double click speed has been
set to. It is probably set to the fastest positon and therefore you can't
double click.


I have an odd problem - double clicking on the mouse
does not do anything in a Win98 SE system.  Have tried
3 different mice, 2 IBM Scrollpoint and 1 PS/2
