I read somehting rather interesting in a recent sports
nutrtion book.

"A recent survey of elite national swimmers revealed
that, like typical Americans, they consumed more fat
than carbohydrates in their diets."

I know if A=B and B=C, that A does not necessarily
equal C, but these are elite swimmers. They must be
doing something right. Just another example of the
FDA and college profs teaching that fat is bad. I'll
stick to paleo and get leaner by eating more fat
thanks.

P.S. I've been in ketosis for 5 days now and have also
been completely off salt. Hans, you don't salt in
cooking, but do you salt to taste?
