I agree, and would only add that these differences are sometimes of
a genetic nature, but are more often brought about by one's dietary
history.  For example, someone who has eaten themselves into severe
intestinal difficulties with years of junk food would most certainly
be harmed by a sudden switch to a diet high in the scratchier fibers.
Depending on the severity of the original damage, some people might
never be able to benefit from the sort of diet that someone else
considers ideal.
