ISA cards are pretty much headed for the scrap heap. Win2000 may not have any ISA support. Also, Plug n' Pray does not work all that well on ISA. In particular sound and SCSI boards have difficulties.

If i was buying a new card, i would only buy PCI (+ AGP for video).
