safe mode and dtk keyboard

We are working with dtk configuration based on all in one P6WIT-me mobo.
We are using dtk keyboards (F-21YQ(SPK-2000), FCC ID GOGAPC-21, windows 98 10.4.98
It is been happening frequently, that keyboards make the PC starts in safe
mode. The power supply is a PTP 1503.
What could be happening with the keyboards?
