HP Plotter Pen Holder

A customer of mine has an old HP 51(A) HiPlot Pen Plotter.  While I can find
pens galore there seems to be missing a small collar that holds the pen in
place.  (It fits in the holder, but flops around.)

My question is, a) Does anyone know if there is some sort of holding
collar/apparatus, and b) where would you get something like this.  The HP
website seems to have old plotter amnesia.
