Hi all,
I am writing hoping to hear from a few of you so that
I can learn more. I have some questions specific to
any athletes, but not limited to them. I am a
competitive cyclist and I was wondering if there were
any concerns with this type of diet. So far I have
had none myself as I ride about 3-4 hours/day. But I
am always looking for any good suggestions. I would
also like to post a "typical" day if that would be ok?
