I have gone Paleo to reduce my high cholesterol.
Just a few questions from a Newbie. I gather that fat the found in
commercial beef (grain fed) has the incorrect ratio of omega 3 / 6.
Does this also apply to the suet? Should I be trying to get wild
suet to make pemmican ?
I try to eat as much Ostrich meat as I can but although it is very lean
I am not sure if it is grain fed or not. Do all animals have suet?
Perhaps I should try to get ostrich suet.
