But it's not so easy to determine whether something is an
autoimmune symptom or something else entirely.  It's also far
from clear that adhering to a strict paleo program causes all
autoimmune symptoms to disappear, although it's certainly worth a
try.

Anyway, the Eades do a pretty good job of explaining the issues
involved in opting for less-than-purist approaches to paleo, so
the reader can make an informed choice.
