Mary,
the book "The Omega Diet" by Artemis Simopoulos should help convince your
hubby. Although it's not actually paleo, I don't think any intelligent
person could fail to be impressed by it- nor could they eat another donut
without guilt.

It's an excellent book that can be applied to virtually all dietary
paradigms. I personally think that it is a blueprint for how nutrition will
head over the next 10 years. Although I think that paleo diet is superior to
omega, there is much overlap. I am too much of a realist to expect society
to make the dramatic change to paleo diet in the near future. Every little
bit helps.
