     Also, a Start Key is not necessary for doing alot in win9x, a CTRL and
ESC will get you the start menu, and other keystrokes on nomral keyboards
will mimic the other functions of the start key. Best to just restrict
access to everything but want you want, then even pressing the start key
will get them nowhere. TTYL
