  Briefly:  no.  You've asked for a mix of Intel and non-Intel
components (Intel isn't really interested in supporting such a
combination), and a mix of obsolescent (ISA, SIMM) and barely-here
(133) technologies.
  And you want to be able to use NINE slots, which means this won't
fit in a standard case....

  I think what you want is a "passive backplane" system.  These come
with a mix (up to perhaps as many as 15!) of ISA, PCI and proprietary
slots (AGP may not be available); typically, the CPU, RAM and I/O
ports will be on a card that goes in one of the proprietary slots.
Technology on these proprietary cards lags a bit -- I don't know of
any Athlon cards yet, and 486es may still be available.
  Note that this sort of gear is also a bit pricier than conventional
PC hardware.
