>I think it is safer to store dry (to avoid mould) than cold.
 dry and cold is even  better (airtight container in fridge). it is the way
to keep garden seeds viable the longest . .if kept dry in warm place ,they
wear out their germinating power way  quicker ( the enzymatic activity is
certainly not completly dormant)
