From a swedish TV-program the other day (as reported to me, I never
wach TV, it is not paleo ;-)):
At the beginning of the autumn bears (our omnivorous comrades) stop
eating meat and rely only to berries. The reason is that they need
to become fat for the winter, and the insulin triggered by the "sweet"
berries (blueberries and lingons) causes fat storage. This goes on
until it is time to go to winter sleep.
