By the way, you get a richer coconut milk if you use warm water rather
than cold. I used hot tap water. Also, after you have blended it and strained
it once, you can put the strained-out coconut meat back into the blender with
more
hot water and do it once more.
So hammer, corkscrew, and peel away..... :-)
