Hi Binnie; congratulations on your results and thank you for sharing the
details of diet and exercise. You seem to have found a balance that is
sustainable for you and the positive reinforcement of the test results has
to be a great motivator. Do you think that your habit of resistance
exercise everyday is partly responsible for the "off the chart" result re
bone density? What is CLA? I probably know it in the recesses of my brain
but I am blanking on it at the moment. Thanks, Rick
