I am thinking of purchasing a dehydrator, and it seems many of you have had
success with it for beef and so on.
There are lots of dehydrated clams and fishies and shrimp and innards and
stuff available in the stores here, but they all seem to be flavored with
something (MSG or sugar) and I would like to know if any of you have tried
dehydrating this kind of stuff and how it turned out?
