I called them! They told me they didn't have it. But, Whole Foods told me they
could order it (from a place in Yuma). So I'm hopefull there.

But in this case, do you mean specifically the kidney fat? Some places just
hand me beef fat and say, "that's suet -- be happy". WRONG.
