This book is excellent and presents
the paleo diet in terms of three levels of commitment, rather
than an all-or-nothing approach. But what is more important, the
book contains a wealth of information on many paleo-related
nutrition topics.

Being on a paleo diet for many years now, I find going back has amplified
the bad effects of non-paleo foods. Although the Eadeses book contains much
paleo nutrition, the full benefits of this paleo diet, cannot be realized if
done one third or two thirds assed.
