I tried to post directly to person who was requesting this information on the
article "The Perils of Pasta" that was in the Oct 11 Newsweek.  However, I
received the message that she was not a known member.  Perhaps she will email
me directly and I can send her the information she wants.  I am sorry to
burden the list, but I feel that this is the only way I might get in contact
with her.

If others wish a copy of the article I will email - just email me.
