My Tekram (SCSI card) manual states something to the effect that you have a
mix of different types of SCSI devices (ultra, ultra-wide, scsi 1, etc)
connected, CD-ROM (or CD-R) should not be the last on the chain. Try to add
a HD to the last of the chain to see if it works. Also make sure you don't
use Kodak CD on Yamaha 4416. They're not very compatible. You may create
CDs that are not recognizable on other CD-ROMs and you cannot create
multi-sessions with this combination. Other than that, it's fine.
