Hi, have you tried them to see if they work ? The Zoom modem is a K56 Flex
as denoted by the Rockwell chipset. Since the sound card is also plug n play
you're probally ok. Just verify they installed without conflict.
As far as using the video input on your modem, you
will need the correct driver.
