There are PCI to USB adapters.  Serial or Parallel to USB would not work
because they do not have enough bandwidth to support the interface.  Also,
many USB devices are powered from the bus, something that would be a little
tough from a parallel or serial port.

SIIG makes one, Entrega also makes one (I use their 4 port hub and it works
fine).  I'm sure that there are others.  if you have a CompUSA or similar
store somewhere near you, you'll probably find one or two examples.  I've
seen prices from US$30 to $70.

anyonw knows if there exists some kind of adaptor, so that i can use USB
