Find a Windows95 CD. Do a Control Panel / Add Remove / Windows Setup /
Multilanguage Support / Details, and install the Cyrillic support.
Then, reboot, right-click on the language icon in the taskbar (the
blue En), select Properties, Add..., and choose Russian.
