You should either remove or re-install your McAfee anti-virus software. I
have found that even after removing McAfee using the Control Panel that I
must also remove a RUN line from the registry before it is completely gone.

Since KNRL32 is windows I'm afraid something serious may be wrong but my
computer is functioning fine when I close out the error message. What is
MCKNRL32.dll since it is not on the Windows 98SE install disc?
