Not with that particular CPU, however, very often those CPUs are inside
the exact same, one rated for PR333 is just a little more stable at that
higher speed. You should have no problem underclocking it, just watch out
for the voltage specs on the 333, I believe there is a version that some
socket 7 boards can't handle. I myself use the MII PR300, a great processor
for the price, not great for games, but then I don't play much of those any
more anyways. Compatibility is excellent, never had a software problem
