It sounds like you have mixed 66 Mhz with 100 Mhz SDRAM
on a motherboard that either does not support the higher bus,
or needs to to be enabled for it.
To verify this you can install just one ram card to ensure they
are working correctly independent of each other.
1/66 + 1/100 = 0.02515 x ( 10 ns ( wavelength))
32MB x .2515 = 8MB
This problem occurred in robotics applications
where data flow was bussed against each other.
This situation has been corrected on newer
motherboards supporting the 133 bus.
