The card is PCI and occupies slot5. All other cards have been removed.

I am using IDE 1 for the hard drives (Maxtor 90845D4 and Maxtor 91080D5) AND ide 2 for the NEC CD Rom and an Atapi internal zip drive. The UDMA66 controller is disabled in the bios and nothing is connected to the controller.
