>Hi all,
>conduct a little research on this list with the ex vegetarians. Could you
>please answer the following questions:
>
>1. Why did you originally chose vegetarianism?
i choose it for all the rationalisations possible that i could find at The
time , Not killing, thirld worlds issues, environmental concerns, health,
cheaper diet, ... but basically and retropectively, i was just too scared of
my own vulnerabilty and death an was projecting it on the poor animals and
poor hungry peoples and poor every thing, poor me.
>2. What sort of vegetarian diets have you tried and what were the results?
heavy on grains and dairies, i stuffed myself to death.
>3. What health problems did you have at the end of your vegetarian
>experience?
no more than when i started
>4. How did you find out about the Paleo diet?
thru raw food list.
>5. How long have you been Paleo?
i am not sure because i pratically quit grains, pulses and dairy when i
switched to the raw instinctive diet, 10 years ago.
i started to introduce meat right away but because of this list and thru my
own instinctive search i drastically augmented the percentage 1 year ago
(from 2 time a week to every day) and reduced fruits.
>6. What health improvements have you experienced on Paleo?
not sure yet, less overeating ,less sugar related symptoms, but got dianosed
with osteoporosis ... so ? .
>7. What further health improvements do you wish to make?
. I am in the process of letting go of my attachment to food , so i am
starting to think that the way i eat or ate is not the real source of my
problems but is and was a weapon against myself, and a blessing in my
learning. Just wanting to use the tool to help me to do the real work.
Beautiful idea this questionnaire!
