Hi Elaine,
Here's the recipe for Bailey's. I make a single batch, adding just a tad more
cream (18% coffee cream is what I use). I found two decanters I got over 30 years
ago, tucked away in a closet. Finally, I get to use them :) Whiz the following
in a blender. Store in glass container (or find a nice decanter) and keep in the
fridge.
1 c Light cream
1 14-oz can Sweetened Condensed milk
1 2/3 c Irish Whiskey
1 ts Instant coffee
2 tb Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Almond extract
I'm making this is Christmas prezzies, to go along with a batch of cinnamon
rolls. Do you want that recipe, too?
Cheers!
Carla
