surrounding landscape at park circle, including guardhouse, storm seweres,

Little Red Lighthouse, Fort Washington Park  -- $70,000 for repainting of
lighthouse, replacing damaged panes in lantern, restore missing cast iron

Brooklyn Heights Promenade, Remsen to Orange: $1.8 million to reconstruct
