The fat of the fresh natural coconut is part of the white flesh.
Coconut oil = coconut fat. (I prefer to call it *fat* because what I can
buy here is hard (I store it in the fridge), melting point seems to be
a little above the room temperature we have here, but I guess in a warm
summer day it will melt after several hours.)
Coconut milk is finely grated flesh mixed with water. The "juice" inside
the nut is called "kokosvatten" (=coconut water) here in Sweden.
