I never saw a chimp do progressive weight lifting.
I have seen one throw a full grown man across a room. My rule of thumb,
concerning women is, let no butt be bigger than thine own. I pretty much
quit weights about 5 years ago. While in high school,I picked up the
progressive reps method in Karate class. We found the other method to be
unnatural and slowed one down. There's nothing funnier than watching a
150lb., wisp of a man, kick butt on a 250lb. weight lifter. All movements in
marshal arts, mimic animals. As usual, your reply is another example of
people, not seeing things natural. "A sharp pointed stick", IMO means more
than what you stick in your mouth. It's also a way of thinking.
