I too was very confused when I joined the list.  However, I learned, listened
and then started to ask and learned even more.  For some of us, this list not
only pervides a way to find information, but also allows us to have friends
who may understand a bit more about our situation, then people in our
everyday lives.  Also can be a great stress reliever.  As those that so
elegantly said before I, thats why we have delete buttons.
