Good morning all!  My MD has recommended that I get a flu shot this year since
I have CD.  I've never gotten one before but do know that the formulas change
every year.  Since the MD is clueless re CD I have to do my own research.
Before I let her near me with a needle I'm asking the group about the formula.
Is there anything in it to be concerned about?  She also wants me to have the
pneumonia vaccine.  Any feedback about that? Things to watch out for, etc.  I
know that Pneumovax is GF.  Thanks in advance - MEL
