Ah... That's exactly where I got my disgusting tripe, so that's probably a
large part of why it was so foul.

Interesting. Regarding sheep's eyes.. I've heard that they're a delicacy in
some cultures, but when they were eaten on Fear Factor (I don't watch it
regularly, I swear) everyone said that the grossest thing about them was the
smell. Do raw eyes have any discernable smell when you bite into them?
When I was growing up, our cat was quite a gopher killer, and she never ate
the intestines either. Tossing them was my job.
