If you mean the panels near the extension slots, then these can be
pulled off any antique case (even an 80286 AT will do) - they are
compatible.
In fact, I think you can drive to nearby garage sale or computer shop
and ask for old, broken PC... the chances are good you'll salvage 3-6
panels from each. I have salvaged some 30 from thrown-out PCs and now
supply all my friends with those when they need 'em.
If you're talking about the area where keyboard, printer,
etc. connectors are located - then I don't know.
