Sorry for the "Brain Fog", I should have gotten this to you "all in one
shot", but if the Engineer or Owner would like to see a "Job in Progress",
Global is cleaning 230 Park Avenue and should be on the job now. I
understand 200 Park Avenue (Met Life) is also speced for this type of
cleaning.

Subject: Facade cleaning catastrophes (or is it --phies?)
A 908- engineer is developing specs for cleaning the facade of the Hotel des
Artistes (built in 1917 at 1 West 67th Street). The 212- managing agent
says they are proceeding carefully because they are worried about water
penetration disasters, either from a prolonged mist, or from the
power-washdown of a detergent process.
What's the worst-case event (of this sort) that list members know about?
Christopher Gray (used to be Ivory, switched to Dial)
