Windows Eyes is certainly a good screen reading program for WIndows. JAWS
for WIndows is as well.
I honestly don't see the need for you to make a change. I will assume here
that you have support in place for what you have. Changing would obviously
mean starting from scratch for what you already have in place. I am not
saying that you should not get Window Eyes, because it truly is an
excellent product.
What I have seen done in the past is that if a student has been using a
particular program, institutions allow for the students program to be
installed on the accessible workistation as long as that student requires it.
