The key lies in the word "virtually" here. "Virtually" does
not mean "no animal matter". Humans tend to seek for an idealistic
philosophy and follow it 100 percent, not "virtually 100%".
And there's the problem: if you exclude animal foods totally
of your diet you will become deficient sooner or later.
