There seems to be many people angry about the way society has treated them
because of their disabilities. I understand people with disabilities have
been treated as outcasts which is wrong. We cannot change people's attitudes
that have closed minds but we can try to educate others especially the young.

As a 40 year old man with CP I accept what I can do and cannot do. I always
try to improve myself by setting realistic goals.

We can and should discuss the injustices to people with disabilities but we
cannot let bitterness and anger eat us up.
