I am about to go overseas with work to Hawaii, Washington and London for
3 weeks.  I have only been diagnosed coeliac for 5 weeks and I'm very
nervous about eating out (although I'm not going to have much choice!)

Can anyone suggest some good places to eat GF in Hawaii, Washington and
London?  Really appreciate some advice.
