Came across this news report about the controversial WHO report on health
care systems of various countries, and recalling the discussions here on
comparisons between the Canadian and the USAian health care services,
thought I'd post the link here.

According to this report, France and Italy have the best health services in
the world, Canada ranks 30th out of 191, the United States 37th,
sandwiched ignominiously between Costa Rica and Slovenia, according to a
highly controversial report from the World Health Organisation.
