Hi,
I missed your first message, so I hope this is some help. ATI sells a
graphics card called an All-in-Wonder Pro. It comes in both PCI and AGP
version and includes TV-in and TV-out on it. You can hook it up to an
S-video input or a composite input on your VCR. I haven't used this
particular model, but I have used other models from ATI before and they are
pretty good.
HTH,
Donald Gaither

What I want to do is take the display from my monitor, add voice to it and
transfer both to VHS tape.
I thank you for your assistance, but not what I am looking for.
Ever watch a PC show on PBS TV? That's what I am after.
I suspect that when I find it (if I ever do) it will cost way too much.
