Actually, there are. http://www.monitorworld.com/cables_home.html
I used the wrong designation , DB15 when the correct term is HD15,
or to be really picky HDA15 (High density, D-shape, A size shell,
15 pin). Some video cards come with BNC outputs. Mostly for
workstations.
These cables are more expensive. The materials cost more, and they
require more skill to make.
