Hi,

I'm curious, when paleo man cooked food, what was/were
the methods? How do they translate to modern cooking
techniques? Did paleo man boil, steam, roast, bake, or
broil foods? Did he use low, slow heat, like a crock
pot? Did he barbecue? Might he have used reflective
heat from the sun to cook foods?
