My question is: can anyone tell me if they've been using green tea -- how
much, and whether or not they've noticed any affect from the caffeine
content?
Prior to starting the paleo diet, I'd been drinking Jasmine tea (Yin Hao), which
I think is a green tea, as well as coffee, and I definitely noticed a difference
between the two.
The tea seems more of a mood enhancer. I feel more relaxed, more energized (the
diet perhaps?), and sometimes euphoric. Pleasant aroma, pleasant taste, and can
be bought in bulk or even some coffee shops (anybody near a Peets?)
