Aspartame (NutraSweet) is not a "real" food. Sure, it
is made up of parts extracted from real foods, but
that does not make it real. It is not found in a
naturally occuring state, so it is therefore verboten.
'Nuff said.

Sugar is not any better, but it is much, much closer
to being real. Sugar canes can be eaten (chawed on,
really) raw.

Can we get past the Dr. Mom/Kendra debate, please? I'd
like to see everyone just treat this like a bump in
the "road to further knowledge".
